Clue is a murder-mystery board that was devised by Anthony E. Pratt. The game was first published in 1949 in the UK by Waddingtons. The game has been updated and re-launched severally. The American game and toy company known as Hasbro is the current owner and publisher of the game. The game is played by three to six players. The objective of the game is to detect who killed the game’s victim, which weapon was used to kill the victim and the place the crime took place.
There are nine rooms in the game of Clue. These nine rooms are the rooms in the mansion where the murder of the victim can possibly take place. These rooms are laid out in a circular manner on the game board and separated by pathways overlaid by playing spaces. These rooms are;
